Order Processing
We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes
United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–15 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control. 

Responsibility and Liability
In most cases, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage once your order has been handed to you by the courier. We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you, in most cases, unless you have chosen your own courier independently of the delivery options offered by us. 
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us and the courier immediately so that we can be of assistance.
Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information. We do not cover costs or are liable for misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
In most cases, we do not issue refunds for shipping delays, courier issues, or failed delivery attempts. Refer to our Refund Policy or contact us for further assistance. 

International Orders and Customs
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes applicable in their country.
If any international parcel is refused or unclaimed, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost and any return fees or charges incurred

Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery or unpaid customs:

  • A refund may be issued minus the original shipping fee and any return handling costs.
