Overview

oneofoneldn Ltd operates this website. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to oneofoneldn Ltd. By visiting our website and purchasing any product(s) you are bound by the following terms, conditions, and policies including any additional terms, conditions and policies that are available on our website. By accessing, using any part of the site and/or purchasing any of our products/item(s) you agree to be bound by these terms, conditions and policies. You can review these terms, conditions and policies at any time. We have the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms, conditions and policies at any time. While it is your responsibility to check these terms, conditions and policies for changes. Any significant material changes will be notified on our website. This website is hosted by Shopify who allows us to sell these products to you. 


Returns

We do not generally accept returns for change of mind, unless within 14 days since shipment date, as is your statutory right. They must be returned unused and in the same condition that they were received in.

We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of shipment if the goods arrive faulty or not as described. They must be returned unused and in the same condition that they were received in.

Exchanges are possible if we have your size in stock otherwise a full refund will be issued if eligible. For returns and exchanges please email contact@oneofoneldn.com 

In most cases where an item is returned for any other reason (other than for the reason of faulty or not as described within 30 days), shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount or covered by the customer directly.

Ordinary cancellations (i.e. change of mind within 14 days), customers are required to pay return postage.

Once we receive your item and deem it to be satisfactory, we will notify you and issue your refund. 

Items will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • Returned after 14 days (if for the reason of a change of mind) or after 30 days (if for the reason they arrive faulty or not as described) from the date of shipment;

  • The condition of the item returned is unsatisfactory (i.e. stains, worn, hair, scents, washed or otherwise damaged).

Please allow up to 10 business days for a decision on your return to be made once it has arrived back with us. You will receive a confirmation email if your refund request has been accepted or denied. Following this, your refund will usually take up to 5 business days to be returned to your account. 

 

International returns

Due to significantly higher international return costs, all international returns must be organised and covered by the customer, except where the goods arrive faulty or not as described (within 30 days), in which case we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Please email contact@oneofoneldn.com for information, verification and guidance as relates to our international return procedure and policy. You will be required to forward us your receipt of your tracking details. Like domestic returns, once we receive your item and deem it to be satisfactory, we will notify you and issue your refund. 


Customs charges

Any customs charges that are incurred will be payable by the customer and not covered by oneofoneldn Ltd.


Return to sender (RTS) procedure

If your package is returned to us due to it being undeliverable (i.e. wrong address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts), it will be processed as RTS.


For domestic orders - once received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item(s). The original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.


For international orders - Upon confirmation with the courier or third party the product is RTS, a refund will be issued if satisfactory and the original shipping fees due to high international fees will be deducted from the refunded amount (if required).


We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address that is entered at checkout. Please contact us immediately if this is the case at contact@oneofoneldn.com so that we can attempt to change the address before delivery. 


Orders returned as RTS for any of the reasons listed (i.e. wrong address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts) are not eligible for reshipping. You will have to reorder the item(s) through our website. 


Loss of item(s) in transit

In most cases, we are not responsible for the loss of item(s) that are on their way to you in transit. However, we can assist you in claims against the courier. Please contact us at contact@oneofoneldn.com and we will, in collaboration with you, attempt to claim compensation or resolve the issue with the courier. If unresolved, confirmed to be lost and appropriate in the particular case, we will issue a refund for lost item(s) by a courier or any other third party in the process of delivery.


General shipping policy

We will attempt to package and ship your order as soon as possible. However, your order may take up to several days to process. We are usually unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. 


We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. We only ship during business days, usually Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (with the exception of public holidays). While we try our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions outside of our control. Once a package leaves us, any problems encountered with the package are of the responsibility of the courier and we are not to be held liable. However, we will assist in claims against the courier where necessary.
